Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 

We want you to love our Turbans as much as we do!  Please note our sizing charts under every product description.   We will accommodate exchanges based on product availability and receipt of the original purchase.  Customers are responsible for shipping on exchanges and returns. 

 

If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you are required to contact us, in writing, within 5 days of receipt of your order giving us the reason why you are not satisfied with your purchase. Based on the wants of the customer, we will offer a return & refund, or an exchange. We will accept returns if you receive damaged items and/or the items do not meet purchasing standards.  The company will refund your purchase upon reception of the original purchase.  The customer is responsible for shipping on returns/exchanges due to sizing or style changes.  The company is responsible for shipping for damaged items.

Refunds will be processed on our end within 3-5 business days.
